Why are your prices lower than other brands?
We sell direct to you, not through department stores, wholesalers or licensed retailers. Without those middle steps, more of the money goes into fabric and construction and less into the journey from the factory to your wardrobe. The price you see is what good clothing should cost when nobody takes a cut along the way.
Where are your products made?
Every piece is made where the fabric and the craft fit together best. Our linen is woven in Europe, our cashmere is knitted in Mongolia, and our organic cotton is grown and processed by partners we've worked with for years. We choose our makers for skill, not convenience.
How should I care for my Bonvale piece?
Every piece has a care label sewn in with the details for its fabric, and that's always the best place to start. As a rule of thumb: machine wash cold, gentle cycle, like colours, no fabric softener. Air dry or tumble dry on low to go easy on the fibres. With natural fibres like linen, cashmere and cotton, reshape them while damp and dry flat.
Are your products authentic?
Every Bonvale piece is designed in-house and made by partners we've chosen and vetted ourselves. We don't sell through resellers, marketplaces or unauthorised third parties. If you bought it on bonvale.de or one of our other official sites, it's authentic.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Not at the moment. Staying online is part of how we keep our prices where they are. If you want to see and feel the fabric first: with free returns within 30 days of delivery, you can order, try things on and decide at home.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Yes. Free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery, on any unworn piece with the tags still attached. We'd rather you took your time over the decision than rushed it. All the details, and the returns portal, are on our Shipping and returns page.
